Date of birth as recorded in the admission register shall be final. Transfer and School Leaving Certificates are issued after all dues to the school are cleared.

In case of T.C., application must be signed by the parents / guardian, whose specimen signature is available in the school records.

In case of fresh admission, no T.C. is issued before the lapse of three months, for others the duration is fifteen days.
